At Pfamily Tree Assisted Living we encourage an active lifestyle that encompasses: mental stimulation, physical activity, and daily activities our residents enjoy. 

Staffing: we are staffed 24/7 with Certified Nurse Aid's trained in: geriatrics, dementia care, CPR, Heimlich maneuver, food handling, and emergency procedures. There is a manager on site 9a-8p daily, and both owners are within 45 minutes of the house; accessible by phone at any time. Residents may also receive services such as: hospice, home health care, physicians visits, etc while residing with us. 

Peace of mind: While our staff is trained for emergencies we also have: Smoke & Heat Detectors in all required rooms, a Fire Sprinkler System, and a 24hr Security Monitoring System. We also ensure that our home meets the Health & Safety standards required by the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services. All staff has required certifications, up to date TB tests, and background checks are on file. Our facility is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services. 

Amenities: A comfortable, attractive home- like setting with a loving, cheerful environment. All rooms are furnished beautifully with safety in mind. We offer an Activity Room with Separate Kitchen, Computers for Residents use, Tree Covered Patio with Ramp, Cable TV, Internet, Unlimited Long Distance, Covered Parking, Close to Shopping & Entertainment.

Services: 3 home cooked meals, snacks, and a strict cleaning schedule followed. Transportation for appointments can be arranged if necessary. We provide assistance with: Bathing, Dressing, Personal Hygiene, all other ADL, and Planned Activities with emphasis on Birthdays & Holidays. Our door is always open and Family is strongly encouraged to participate or visit with their loved ones! 

Our Home: Our facility is a residential house that was carefully and personally renovated in a years time by the two owners and their families. We are licensed to house 8 residents; within the house we have private, semi-private and (what we refer to as) a "four-plex," to choose from based on availability. The "four-plex" is essentially a nice, large room that houses 4 bedroom spaces with room for their personal effects and clothing. There's a large, shared handi-cap style bathroom for the four-plex resident's use where they are provided space for their toiletries. This surprisingly appeals to more people because of the cozy, "together" feeling the residents have. Come see for yourself! 

Eligibility: Female, 60+ (special circumstances may apply), in need of assistance with ADL, ambulatory, in need of respite care, recovering from hospitalization or surgery, cognitively competent/impaired. 

Fees: based on level of care and services required by resident. All rooms are first come, first serve. We do not deny services to anyone based on race or nationality.
