Hello, I am looking to fill my evenings and weekends with services to parents that work in the evening, go to school, maybe want a date night out, or need to run errands. I am trying to get clientele for my evening/weekend kiddie care and also gain more experience. I am also in need for the extra income as everyone these days seem to be. I am doing this within my own home since I do work full time during the day and also for in case that I have other children at the time.
I have cheap rates and have recently updated my prices to accommodate mothers with more than one child.
Rates: $15 (max of 3 hours) $20 (4 to 6 hours) $25 (6 to 8 hours) $30 (8hours -Overnights)
Siblings are half off. (after each sibling it cuts in half) Example: If you have 3 children and need care for 1 evening of 6 hours it would be $20 for 1st, $10 for 2nd, and $5 for 3rd so $35 for all 3.
Overnights can be Friday's or Saturdays). Weekends I am pretty much Flexible to what you may need. Rates for overnights are $30.
If I am needed on a M-F (5 evenings a week) basis I will charge $90 per week with siblings still being half off so only $45 a week and so on.
I do have over 10 years of experience; four years working in child care places. I worked as a 2's and 3's teacher mainly but was also a floater from time to time, so I have worked with infants, toddlers, 4-year-old, 5-year-old, and up. I was a nanny for a year for, at the time, a 1 and 2-year-old. My other experience is through taking care of my brothers while my mom worked two jobs, and taking care of nieces and nephews. Also they may spend the weekend with me which age from 1 to 13. I started this whole experience thing by helping out my own baby sitter when I was younger. Also, I was a kindergarten assistant for two years of high school. I have taken three years of child development classes in high school.
I am very passionate about doing this career, full-time one day, which is why I am attending online classes at Ashford University working my way to getting my Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development. Thanks and I look forward to talking and meeting with you.
