Need assistance in your home with elderly or adult in need of care with daily living and or medical assistance? Just need to get out and have errands to run, and do not want to leave your loved one unattended? I have over 18 years of nursing experience in hospital and clinic, Developmentally Disabled Adults and home health care, Available to you for a few hours a day or a few hours a week, I would also work in hospital/hospice setting. Previously worked for 4 years with one gentleman who was a paralyzed double amputee for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening assisting daily living needs and getting into and out of bed, as well tended to him while he was hospitalized. He had medical issues, therefore I worked with the home health nurse as well as the in home care Physician. Together we worked as a team. Also at the same time worked with a mother of 3 who has seizures and memory issues which required assistance in medications and therapy as well as helping with her children. Have reference.
