Daycare Consultant Services/Existing and New Start-up

The following services are currently being provided by S.E.V.E.N. Consulting

·         Department of Health application Initial and Renewal Assistance

·         Summer Camp Applications

·         School age applications

·         Parent Handbook

·         Daycare provider contract

·         Assistance with creating children’s folder with all of the documents as required by DOH

·         Inspection of proposed childcare space for group family or family daycare

·         Inspection of proposed space for school age program

·         New provider orientation ($35)

·         Regulations training 413:414:416 and 417 or the NYS regulations

·         Assist with setting up proposed childcare space in order to ensure compliance with Department of Health Inspection

·         February 2013 CPR and First aid certification Child/Infant/Adult

·         Referral for 15 hours health and safety training

Attend a new provider orientation prior to submitting your application for childcare. The orientation will cover proper completion of the application and the regulations
