The purpose is to support health, fitness and nutritional needs to help prevent and reverse obesity and its related diseases, improve the body's physical and physiological function, and build confidence through educational and fitness programs. Working with a diverse group of professionals in the health and fitness fields, we facilitate programs that make a difference in the lives of adults, children and special needs groups. Our efforts support educational wellness and fitness programs, designed to promote healthy concepts for the whole family. The activities of The Organization for Health & Fitness, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization is governed by board members and is accomplished by healthcare professionals, specially trained volunteers, and interns. The Organization for Health & Fitness, Inc. is dedicated to providing unique and diverse educational programs that will make a real and lasting difference in the lives of those who participate.
