Bella Bella Tortie female polite fixed cat - Rescuing her Rescues more than 1 cat!
Lovely Loving Tortie cat with Beautiful pale green-gold eyes and Unique coloring and face - looks like an owl or even the Totoro (Miyasaki) from Japanese anime character.
Affectionate, playful, calm and polite.
Would love to sit in a lap and put her head under your chin. She has good eye contact when she gets settled and checks in with people by glancing up with those clear gold green eyes.
As she feels more at home she has started giving that little purr of greeting and sometimes walks up to the car as I pull into the drive. Swatting at a little ball on the cat tree or following a fuzzy toy are not above her. She appears to have had a liter of kittens though she is kitten like herself at times.
She is very composed young lady tough at important times. Traveling with her is fairly easy: when we took her to the vet she was in a clear large file box with holes on the top (we include this and brush etc). She was quite calm in the cara and at the vet. She would probably be good with children who have learned how to treat a cat well like a well loved and cared for cat!
She immediately used the cat box and has been transitioning well to the mixed non-clay corn based litter. She immediately used the scratching post and has not scratched up the couch near her bed or anything else. She has gotten used to our non-agressive dogs peace-ably. My main contact with her is by brushing which elicits much purring. Her former families must have loved her as she is so well adjusted. If only she could tell us her story. We do know she came fr the Milpitas Shelter per her microchip but the people who jail broke her did not register it! We have had no response to our posts on lost and found. She wants and deserves a real, more loving forever home, not just a reluctant foster home.
We call her BellaBella but she comes to Hey Kitty - she is definitely ready for a forever name!
Bella Bella wants to be an indoor cat but due to asthma/ lung allergies of my partner (and even me) she unfortunately can not come into our house and she so wants to! We have to find her a home before she figures out our doggie door.
We are fostering her (humanitarian & because she is such a good cat) as we can not keep a cat due to my husbands severe allergies. I have them too but not as bad so I can only pet her if I am going to change clothing and wash. Trying to keep my husband from taking her to the kill shelter... a negotiated time sensitive truce! So adopting her will help a cat in need, two humans in need, and future rescue dog(s) and birds we plan once she moves on.Help! Did I mention =-) we humans are suffering allergies to her.... sorry I feel bad and a bit frustrated about it - if only we did not have them!
If you are fostering a dog or bird I can trade you. I hope to foster another dog and maybe some birds in the next year or two. I just can't keep a cat even if she helps keeps the skunks from getting into our yard! So again If you have a dog that needs re-housing we might be able to trade you for this cat - but you must be committed to giving BellaBella Kitty a forever home for this to work.
She is vaccinated and healthy and has medical records available to prove it!
