A. High School Ministry
1. Sunday School (teaching or developing others capable of teaching.)
2. Leadership development to include both adult leaders and sponsors. NOTE: Sponsors are the individuals who consult with parents in place of the Youth Minister.
a. Secure and maintain prayer partners and an accountability team.
b. Develop and mentor teens for ministry and for future leadership positions.
c. Pray for the students, staff and parents of the youth.
3. Counsel and talk with both the high schoolers and their parents. Develop lines of communication with the parents of the students.
4. Visit active and inactive students
5. Attend students school and community programs
6. Planning of special events (with sponsors and others)
Music Ministry
1. Work with the Pastor to plan/ implement blended worship services.
2. Utilize the gifts/talents of members regarding music ministry.
3. Supervise the care and maintenance of the music library and music instruments, costumes, materials, and music supplies.
4. Be responsible for the Sound and Media Ministry in the care and maintenance of the sound system and components, training and scheduling people to work the sound board and /or Power Point presentations, recommending additional equipment as needed.
5. Oversee digital recording of the Sunday worship service, inform the church secretary when tapes, CDâ��s, and labels need to be ordered and any requests for tapes or CDâ��s of the service

D. Communications
1. Maintain the church website and oversee the church bulletin & newsletter publishing.
2. Send event details to youth and parents.
