$55.00- Two Bedrooms 2 ½ bathrooms, kitchen, dining room area or den (Customers choice) Clean includes bathroom baseboards, cabinets, light fixtures.

$65.00- 3 bedrooms 2 ½ bathrooms, den, kitchen, dining area, living room

*For first time customers the first annual clean is as low as $40.00 to start, thereafter, $50.00. Prices will stay the same for continued services of one or two referrals
