SEALING YOUR STONE
Cleaning, Conditioning and Sealing is the first and most
important step in protecting the investment you have
made. When new stone is installed, it is at its most
porous state. This is the ideal time for sealants to
penetrate deep into the stone. We use only the industry’s top sealants and our sealing services are guaranteed. In addition, we offer anti-slip treatments.
RE-SURFACING / DIAMOND HONING
Wet sanding the stone with diamond abrasives removes scratches and smoothes out uneven tiles and signs of wear. The stone is then polished to a high gloss factory finish or honed to a uniform satin finish.
POLISHING
New or old, the appearance of your stone will be
improved by polishing, as this step removes fine
scratches, etches and minor stains. We use the same
methods as the original factory and fabrication shops
resulting in a high gloss or semi-gloss finish.
HONING / HONED FINISH
This process and finish gives the stone a warmer, more
natural look and feel. Through refinishing techniques and machine burnishing, the stone is given a uniform patina finish. Honing also removes the inconsistencies that most commonly appear on travertine and limestone (i.e. a chalky appearance). A honed finish is much more practical in terms of care and maintenance.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
It cannot be emphasized enough:
You MUST maintain your stone properly. Our maintenance programs protect your large investment for a small cost. We take a proactive approach with all of our customers by providing maintenance programs. Customers are mailed reminder cards to schedule the service that is due. In addition we offer stone care products and provide education on proper stone care in your home or office.
REPAIRS
The first step in repairing the stone is determining the
cause of damage through visual inspection, moisture
testing and chemical testing. We also can repair the
stone, tile or grout with color matching grout and epoxies.
CONCRETE
We also specialize in diamond honing, polishing, color
staining and sealing concrete.
ANTIQUING / DISTRESSING
This is the process of aging the stone or paver
through intentional abrasions, texturizing and staining with oils and waxes leaving the stone with an “old world” look.
