Open Positions: Maid

Position Requirements
- 4 Years of Professional Maid/Janitorial Cleaning Experience REQUIRED
- 1 year of Customer Service for Admin positions.
-Must be available Mon – Sat. 7am-7pm and have to work 2 Saturdays a month.
-Must speak English (bilingual a plus)
-Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.
-Must be detail oriented at cleaning and organizing.
-Valid Illinois Drivers License (Good record)
-A vehicle in good working condition (We provide transportation when needed)
-Cell Phone required - (We must be able to contact you while on jobs)
-90 Day Probation Period.
-Must pass Drug Test and Background Check.

Maid Benefits: MAKE $10 -$20 an Hour or More with Tips
-Pay Rate: $9-$14 an Hour, $2 extra an hr for Sundays. (depending on experience. You only get paid for the time cleaning at clients location)
-Mileage Rate: $0.55 cent a mile when you drive your car to and from appointments
-Tips: Clients at times will tip and you Get 100% of the tip (or divided between crew)
-We offer Paid Time Off and holiday pay, Weekly Payroll
-Monthly Bonus Checks ($50 a month for prefect Attendance, good performance, no client complaints, etc.)
-Transportation may be provided by Little Helpers, so you don’t have to drive to and from appointments.
-Employee $100 Referral Bonus. Referrer an employee and get $50 after 6 months and another $50 after 12 months.

After working for more then 3 months and more then 350 hours, you will receive a performance review. Your raise will range from $0.25-$2.00 per hour depending on your attendance, performance, and quality of cleaning and/or the function of your position. After completing 12 months you will receive your 2nd performance review for your first year with Little Helpers, Inc.

Little Helpers has a strict attendance policy and has zero tolerance for poor attendance and tardiness. All new employees will be on a 90 Day probation period, and you are only allowed to miss 1 day of work per month (excused or pre-approved).
