The Maids of Ann Arbor, a new residential cleaning company, is seeking employees for three positions.
The Field Manager is a leadership role responsible for system training, teaching efficiency, maintaining quality control, assuring customer satisfaction, and working to keep employees happy and engaged. Applicants should be professional, customer service-oriented, organized, self-starters with high standards and some supervisory experience. A valid driver’s license and excellent driving record is required.
The Team Leader is responsible for leading a cleaning team including training, keeping team members on task, and checking the quality of the clean. They are also responsible for performing cleaning functions with their team. The Team Leader has potential to be promoted to the Field Manager role based on demonstrated performance. Applicants should be professional, customer service-oriented, self-starters with high standards and excellent time management skills. Supervisory experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license and excellent driving record is required.
The Team Member is an operational role responsible for providing residential cleaning as a part of a team of four. Team Members have the potential to be promoted to the Assistant Team Leader role based on demonstrated performance. Applicants should be organized, customer service-oriented, and able to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
Prior residential cleaning experience a plus for all positions. Must undergo background check and drug screen. Must be able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects without assistance. No evenings, weekends, or holidays. Training will be provided.
