This oval shaped container is 14" Length, 12" Width, 4" Depth. It was made in 1978 by Sunshine Biscuits, Inc. and is a reproduction of two Currier and Ives lithographs - bottom of tin lithograph made in 1865 and the top one in 1866. Inside both container and lid contain historical information on the lithographs. This tin is beautiful and in perfect condition; a real collector's item or keepsake for anyone who loves the history of the Mississippi!
