I am looking for someone to take my lease hear at the University Village apartments. I am hoping to sub-lease. It is a three bedroom apartment and the other two rooms are taken. There is also a bathroom connected to your bedroom, so you dont have to share. The other two guys are students at the university of Alabama. Leases are individual, so you don't have to worry about someone not paying their part of the rent. The utilities are split three ways, so the most you will pay is 100 for utilities. These apartments are very close to the university and the managers are awesome. I am looking to sub-lease because I am moving back to California next month.
