Jefferson Research & Management, a small investment firm of 6 people, has an available office within our suite for rent. We are located in the Harrison Sq. building at SW 1st and Harrison in downtown Portland. The street car has a stop at our building. The office is approximately 12’ x 16’ in size and is furnished with a desk, five-shelf book case and conference table. The office has large windows with a beautiful view! Amenities include phone, internet connection (1.5 mbps at current but we are investigating Comcast which is now available here), limited use of copier, and a common area kitchen. We have a professional and quiet working environment and expect the same from a tenant. Available for $500 per month with a 1 year lease term, starting November 1st Door and directory signage available for an additional fee. PMC parking garage and valet is in the building and is $175 per month or $12 per day. Bicycle parking available in garage.
