Universal Beauty Institute Salon and Day Spa is an upscale full service hair salon. This provides a warm relaxing atmosphere for each the client and the technician! We currently have booth rentals available for: Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Nail Technician, and Massage Therapist. We are offering an opportunity for you to be completely independent. You can work at your own schedule, set your own price, and choose your own product. Most importantly, you keep 100% of what you make! As we provide basic equipment, location and the “Universal Ambiance”.

Requirements:
A valid permits or operator license from the State of California
v Cosmetology
v Esthetician
v Barbers
v Nail Technician
v Massage Therapy
Must be 18 yrs. Or Older
A commitment to a 6 month lease
v (lease can be renewed subsequently on a month to month increments)
You will need to carry or show proof of liability insurance.
Obtain. Individual cellphone if desired
Maintained your own business records in taxes and book keeping
Schedule your own appointment
Provide appropriate equipment in order for you to conduct your business
Must adhere to all rules and regulations provided by the board of barbering and cosmetology the state of California.
Must attend to health and safety class provided by the universal beauty institute.
Included in rent:
The use of salon phone system including voicemail
Use of credit card machine merchant account
Courtesy cups of coffee tea and water provide it to your clients
Large equipment display case and storage lockers
Use of massage and facial equipment for Massage Therapist and Esthetians
