Are you a storage hunter, flea market booth owner, artsy or crafty, a decorator, artist, estate and sale fanatic? Do you run a successful home based business? We want you!!

Our vision is ten thousand square feet of space filled with beautiful home décor and hot selling items. Weekends will include outdoor booths, farmers market and food trucks!  Conveniently located in Apopka within ¼ mile of two shopping centers in a busy area! We will provide marketing, a vendor lounge and some electric in the building. Vendor space varies from 100 to 1500 sq. ft.  This is a great opportunity to have your own storefront!

Option A: We manage your space and sell your items!!

 You decorate, set up and price for only $1.25 sq. ft. monthly! Minimum of 300 sq. ft. required!

Option B: You decorate, set up, price, sell and manage your space for only .75 cent a sq. ft.monthly.

Warehouse hours:

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
