Pilates/Yoga/Fitness Instructor in Need of Space?

We are a martial arts school in the Runnemede, NJ area. We have a 2,000+ square foot space with a carpeted entrance, matted floor, and wall mirrors. Our classes are mainly in the late afternoon and evening and the school is unused during the early morning and early afternoon hours.

We're looking to find a pilates, yoga, or fitness instructor to sublet floor space - perfect opportunity for someone who just needs a space to hold classes or sessions. Rent is negotiable based on the number of hours per week you'll have access to the floor.
