Except for electricity, (is about $40 to $50 per month, depending on usage) all utilities are paid. This includes water, trash and sewage. Laundry facilities on premesis, washer and dryer are furnished and there is no charge for laundry. has a spacious back yard and a deck with a bar-be-que grill for the use of the tenant. Pets and children are welcome. There is no pet rent if you have a cat or your dog that is small. Appliances are also furnished, they are about five or six years old. This is a non-smoking unit, if you smoke please smoke outside ,there is an area special for this, and it is covered. If you do not smoke, I will deduct $25.00 from the rent. Bus stop is only one block away, and you are only abut 6 - 8 blocks from Cherry Creek shopping center. You are near Cheesman Park (bike paths and jogging trails) near elementary and high schools. great family restaurants, coffee shops and a botannical shop. Hospitals are near. Off street parking is available, no permit required. There is a neighborhood watch program. I am very safety minded, there are smoke alarms in just about every room, and I have installed a CO2 detector, and there is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. Your entrance(s) front as well as back, are private. In addition to central heat, there is also central air conditioning. If you like vintage, this is the neighborhood ,as well as place for you. There are many more features that must be seen to be appreciated. Unless, you can furnish EXCELLENT references, section eight need not apply. Deposit is $800. which can be paid in three to four installments. If you leave the condo clean and in good shape, I will return the deposit in full along with any interest it may have earned.
