DETACHED condo with 2 car garage. two bedrooms the master bd is very large with a over sized bathroom. the other bath is a full size bath. the condo has cathderal ceilings fireplace. it has new carpet and new paint.  lowes has just deliver a new stove and a stainless steel dishwasher never used. i had a service clean all the vents out. the roof was replaced 2 years ago. the greatroom has double patio door that opens to a large privat deck . i have brought over a new queen size bed.   if those are not needed then they can be stored in the very large basement. there is a association that will cut your grass and remove snow the cost is 75.00 per month i ask that you pay this bill monthly. i will pay water bill. there are inground sprinklers. if you need more furniture i can provide this for you.  i will be posting photos so check back. this condo is located off of 19 mile before romeo plank it is in the knollwood complex at 18732 pointe circle zip 48032 if you want to see inside my girlfriend lives acrooss the street her garage door is grren her name is lynette. after 3 pm she will show you inside this really is a deluxe condo my only concern is i want to have new flooring installed in the foyer and kitchen and dinnig room before the people move in the exsisting floor is 12 year old and over due for a change. i am hopeing to have to going in early feb. that is the only hold up beside that it is ready. please no pets i am looking for a mature single or couple. my email is nordstromgirl@comcast.net
