This resort was built only 2 years ago. It's called the Grandview at Las Vegas. It is a one bedroom that sleeps 2-4 people. It is very spacious and luxurious. It's only a few miles from the strip. The week is deeded in October, but it can be switched for any week you
want. Or, you can bank the week and travel anywhere else in the world for a small fee. We went to Maui last year for only $129.00. It was a beautiful resort as well. I paid $10,500 for it 3 years ago (I bought in while it was being built). I'm in a crunch so I'm selling it. The maint. fees & taxes are $320 per year. It's a great buy & I don't expect it to last long. I will send a picture to serious buyers.
