Westgate Vacation Villas (Westgate Resorts)

Westgate vacation Villas is located 3 miles from Disney. Many other attrations nearby. Westgate is a 5 star resort. It has many activities for the whole family on site so there are no need to spend all your money outside the resort. Some of the activities: buike riding swimming in one of apprx. 5 large fancy pools, one of which has a a hidden edge with a beautiful view. The unit for sale is 2 bedrooms with a loft overlooking the large living room. It comfortable sleeps eight peole. Out the back porch you can watch your children in the pool area while you are cooking or enjoying your space. There is a babysitting service that is by far the safest and modern one I have ever seen. I have the title and need to sell. I have become permanetly disabled and no longer can afford nor enjoy vacations like I have. The maintenace and taxes are approx. $600 per year. It is a yearly unit. I have 2 weeks on the books. The week is 33. A perfect time for when school children are on summer vacation. All serious offer will be considered. I know in my heart who ever buys this will enjoy it for many years.
