I am selling our timeshare in Park City, Utah...it is at the Park Regency (they have their own website page) ... check out the amenities. I am now 74 years old and can not be driving San Diego to Utah, and I have passed the skiing thing....we enjoyed most the month of October, the Fall colors and no snow yet. The unit is a One and a half bedrooms, (that is it has a bunk bed "half" in the studio and a full bedroom for the parents)....it is fully furnished, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dishes, etc....a sp
a and gym and heated pool too. So if you are a skier and/or know a skier come on down and rent it to try it out and then buy it if you like the deal. The deal is priced to my Nica friends is at $300 total....and any friend of yours that buys it the price will be $500 total...I will rent it for $300 per week to anyone. The time available week is called a "floating week", that means to say that it can be used almost any time of the year, not necessarily the same week all the time. If you want to rent it and "try it out" I will need at least 2 months notice to get the week and to get you signed in as our "guest". Remember Park City was the site of the Olympics so it is "world class" skiing....I really liked the toboggan runs myself. very exciting. Let me know your choice.
