The home base is Wyndham Wisconsin Dells, Glazier Canyon.  You can purchse any vacation location that Wyndham and RCI has.  The current points are the following - 2013 (Jan - Mar. 31, 2013 - 63,400 pts, Jan - July 1, 2013 - 77,000 pts).  2014 (Apr 1, 2013 - Mar 31, 2014 - 77,000 pts).  2015 (Apr 1, 2014 - Mar 31, 2015 - 77,000 pts).  If you don't use up the points in one year you lose them.

The monthly maintenance fee is $45.  Closing cost is $299.  There is NO RCI yearly payment only the monthly maintenance fee.  Housekeeping points is 77 pts per day.  Being a Wyndham owner, als allows you to book vacations at more than 140 locations worldwide.  You also have access to RCI's 4000+ resorts worldwide.
