time share is at the grand view resort las vegas our week is 51 which is xmas week ,but you can trade for other dates and location we donot want any money down just take payments over we have owned it for approx 2 years the payments are 264.00 per month yearly maint is around 350.00 I think pay off is around 11000.00 or less .But if payed off sooner than 2011 it would be quite less
