My timeshares is located in the Summit at Massanutten Resort in McGaheysville, Virginia. My accommodations consist of Upper and Lower units for a maximum occupancy of 12 people. The upper and lower units have accommodations for six persons each and are well equipped with a kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a nice living room with a hide-a-bed and a nice fire place. They provide towels, soap, bedding articles and all utensils necessary to make your stay comfortable. My week is week 14 (around Spring Break). This year will be from 4-11 April and in 2009 from 3-10 April. There are two ways of utilizing your week. You can deposit one week of half your total week to use it at a later date during winter to go skiing or to go to any other state/country, and the other half during your week in Spring time to use the Water Park, go hiking, fishing, hunting if you like the outdoors. There are other attractions around this resort area such as: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a well equipped gym, tennis tables, racquetball and basketball courts, movies at the conference center for a $1.00, even though the resort gives you free HBO, golf, mini-gold, go karts, etc. In the area around Massanutten you may be able to enjoy visiting vineyards for wine tasting, two beautiful caves close by and many other restaurants if you don't want to use the one at the resort. There is a yearly maintenance fee of $460.00 which covers insurance,
the maintenance of the grounds and unit. I'm asking for $25,000.00 for my unit, OBO. I also have saved one week divided in two parts and I also have this year's week still available. We could make a special deal so you could also get my saved weeks so you can enjoy your vacations right away, either at the resort or anywhere else you may be interested in going.
