New install , sand and finish :

 Installation and finishing of all varieties of solid-wood floors (  Installations , sanding and three coats of finish ) . Installation of pre-finished solid-wood and engineered floors  .  Installation over the  concrete and radiant  heat.  Hand scraped and  end  grain   flooring.   One of the kind artistic  floors  , custom   mosaic , borders and medallions ,   exotic woods,  special finishes and stains.    

 Very competitive prices, and because of our established contacts with mills and manufacturers, we can likely save you money on material.

Refinishing and Restoration:

 Re-sanding and three coats of new finish -$2.50 per sq.ft  ( average price , with some  variations depending on the area and the existing conditions ) .  Repair and restorations.  Custom staining . Special finishes.

Stairs:Treads and raisers.  Irregular  shapes , exotic woods ,  exotic woods  , free standing  curved stairs.
