I am Looking for a dependable young person willing to learn remodeling and construction.
I demand a clean, responsible person that I can depend upon, and who will compliment my business.
You will be expected to learn directly from me (over 35 years experience, all fields), and demonstrate your ability to proceed accordingly.
You will begin by assisting me in setting up the daily shops, erecting ladders and scaffolds, placing materials, cleaning the job site, and packing and unpacking equipment and tools as needed.
You will have to move, carry or hold heavy equipment from time to time, including extension ladders or portable table saws, so physical fitness is a must.
Advancement in pay compensation will come from me as I determine your value, bi-weekly, then monthly, then annually. Expect to work hours averaging 25 per week during slow times, and as much as 50 hours per week during peek times.
