Property Preservation company is looking for reliable contractors to perform lock outs, window boarding, lawn maintenance, winterizations, trash outs, and general home repairs on foreclosed homes. Candidates must have their own truck, trailer and equipment that includes but is not limited to: lawn mowers, weed-eaters, power drills, basic tools, compressor, generator, digital camera, and a computer with an internet-based high speed connection to send photos of completed work. Contractors must also be able to travel up to 60 miles for work.
