UA Construction Co. located in San Francisco, has over 20 years of experience in operating hotel, residential & commercial construction projects nationwide. We are currently seeking a full-time construction superintendent for immediate hire.

Qualifications:

-Five or more years management experience in construction field

-Ability to communicate with owner, vendors, subcontractors in professional and efficient manner

-Ability to supervise on-going construction project; Deliver quality work and meet deadlines

-Ability to prepare and interpret all necessary related documents such as proposals, change orders, punch lists

- Be proficient in basic computer use, blue prints reading and project scheduling

-Ability to speak Chinese is a plus
