Job summary: Custom residential framing, building walls, stairs, gables, truss, headers, ect.
Summary of essential job functions:
YOU MUST be able to perform the regular duties of a residential framer not limited to but including; using a square, using hand tools, using power tools, reading prints, framing stairs, working in rafters, build full walls, able to hand-frame gables and all other things of the sort, sheath the roof, ect.
MUST HAVE NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS OR GETTING UP ON/IN THE TRUSS/ ROOF/ RAFTERS
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK EVERYDAY
*Valid drivers' license
*At least 2 references
*Must supply personal use hand tools/belt (option to rent)
*Must be able to hand-frame
*Must be able to work flexible hours anywhere between Mon-Sun
*Must be at least 18 years of age
Entry and Adept level positions available
Compensation: Entry level = $ 9.00+
Compensation: Adept level+ = $14.00+
On a normal work day we work from 7/ 7:30A - 5-6P usually 5-6 days a week (50+ hours each week) Payday is every 2 weeks on Friday
Employees are self contractors thus receive 1099 at end of fiscal year
We provide 100% Instruction and training to those who need it. Training and instruction of course varies depending on your level of expertise.
You are eligible for raises on a two- week basis, not yearly or quarterly. Your pay-scale is based 100% on you and what you bring to the company.
