Prepare estimates for excavation and utility projects around the DFW metro area.

Contact and solicit new business as well as maintain relations with existing customers.

Provide complete bid packages for excavation and utility projects as well as takeoffs, review and submit shop drawings and material data, and order materials. Review plans for changes and submit change orders. 

Maintain bid calendar and help with project management.

Skills/Qualifications:

Attention to Detail, Technical Understanding, Reporting Skills, Organizational Skills, Computerized Estimating, Spreadsheets.

Must have lived and worked in the Dallas Metro area and be familiar with all specifications and requirements in Dallas as well as surrounding area.
