Large investment company looking for licensed contractor to complete remodles.

Must have 1,000,000.00 liability coverage and worker compensation

We are looking for general contractors to complete our remodles on our homes we will be renting. We are expecting to have a heavy work load of 60-300 homes steady each month. We will be looking for multiple contractors to complete these jobs.

Work detail. Paint interior/exterior, base boards, tile, cabinets, sink, faucets, wall patching, yard clean up, cleaning and more. Each house will be different but all houses will need to have all repairs completed.

Paid per job . 50% up front remaining 50% after job complete
