Trade/Position: Contractor (Experienced Preferred)
Service Required:
* Debris removal
* Initial secured
* Basic Electrical & plumbing
* Winters
* Inspection
* Water removal
* Roof repairs
* Ability to provide reasonable and competitive bids to repair
30 days net pay per work order completion. Checks distributed weekly after first 30 days *Understanding and the ability to provide competitive bids upon request                      *Understanding and Ability to comply with Time Management and Economic requirements *Understanding and Ability to comply and follow all rules, policies and regulations provided by Management.
pay is per work order completion and proven experiences-not an hourly rated position

Base pay-$15-$20 plus for first 30 days
