SUPERVISOR

Mainline Sewer and Water Main

GRT, a well-established excavating company located in Woodstock, Ontario is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who knows how to achieve above average productivity on-site

What You Should Expect

·       Full time position

Position Responsibilities

·       Reports to a Project Manager and/or the Operations Manager

·       Responsible for all aspects of on-site production ensuring quality and efficiency

·       Communicate tasks and deadlines to crew and ensure they have the required knowledge

·       Coordination of all sub-trades and material supplies as required

·       Completion of daily reporting requirements and all necessary information for management

·       Perform all work in accordance with applicable GRT policies and procedures

Required

·       5 or more years of experience being a sewer and water main site supervisor or foreman

·       Strong communications and administrative skills

·       Thorough knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, specifications and scope of work

·       Knowledge of construction tools, equipment and practices normal to the industry.
