We are looking for a HIGHLY SEASONED Construction Project Manager to assist in managing the scope of work and project specifications. Project Manager will facilitate all projects from bidding, to completion of project. Project Manager will also facilitate communication with Architect, Tenants, Building Owners and Subcontractors. At least 3 years of COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION experience is REQUIRED. Strong communication and computer skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Valid Michigan Driver's License. Degree in Construction Management or related field is recommended, but not required.
