Max is 2 years old unaltered male, and approximately 60 pounds (full grown). He looks full German Sheppard but has black spots on his tongue and mouth. He is kid friendly, curious about cats but does not chase them, and is dog friendly. He behaves beautifully at the dog parks, and can be a seriously good lover dog.
Here is why I want him gone TONIGHT... He is my boyfriend's mother's dog... she adopted him and he is going through some serious seperation issues being at my house because she recently has no home. Due to my occupation (and my boyfriends) we are gone for the same eight hours a day. We currently have his brother living with us because we have discovered that we cannot leave him home alone in our apartment. He cries, and if you are at all familiar with German Shepards, they do tend to bark. It's driving me crazy, but as of today he topped it off. I have a dog that is crate trained and she no longer uses the crate. We crated Max while we left because we had a full car and he broke out and destroyed the door frame to our daughter room due to his seperation anxiety. I cannot afford this!! The crate is collapsable so it was not much of a challenge for him to get out of it.
He needs someone patient, and that has better resources to care for his needs. We would like to be able to visit him, maybe meetings and play dates at the dog parks? It would mean a lot. I will discuss adoption fees only with serious inquiries... so please call ASAP and come meet him. My best friend is in labor tonight (4-26) so I will be up waiting for her phone call so any time is a good time to call. I would love for him to be gone no later then Sunday night.
