Pure Bred Shih tzu puppy!

Baxter is a pure bred Shih tzu puppy. My husband and I were looking for a small dog for our 2 year old daughter and we fell in love with him. Unfortunately, my husband and I both work full time and we are unable to give Baxter the time and care he needs. He is in need of a loving home. He is fun, full of life and energy. His favorite toy is his squeaky hot dog! We have been working on crate training and obedience. He still needs time on the crate training, as he is still a puppy.
We bought him from a pet store in the area and his original price was $650. He has a small hernia and so the store gave me a discount to $600. We have taken him to the vet and he had been checked out and the hernia is no big deal. The vet recommends an extra stitch when and if he is neutered. Otherwise, they said it will never cause him any issues or health concerns, if left alone. We were told the papers for him would be mailed to us up to 7 weeks after we bought him and we have not received them yet. I am working on that. Otherwise, Baxter comes with his crate, chew toys, collar, harness, and leash!
I have all the information the pet store gave us when we bought him a few weeks ago, but not the registered papers at this time. He needs a new home where he can get the love and attention he deserves, as soon as possible!
