His name is Baxter. He responds to Bax or Baxter. He loves to chase balls, sticks, large branches, 2x4's. He has worked a little bit with some cows the my bother and i ranch. He loves chasing them around and has even help us heard them around a few times. Ii would love to see him go to someone that has a farm or something like that where he could roam or even be a work dog. He is great with kids. He gets excited when people first come around but he calms down shortly after and then just lounges where ever he has room. My wife and I are going to have a baby. We are also about to buy our first home I think with the baby we will neglect his needs, especially what he is use to... We also don't want him to ruin the yard at our potential new home. He wieghts 100 lbs. and really needs a LARGE yard if he is going to be outside all the time. He needs a home where he will be given the space and time needed so he will continue to learn and be active and not just become "the big dog in the back yard" if you know what i mean. He is great at parks and out an about with people and other dogs. We always took him to public places, events and dog parks but i know now we will not be able to do that with starting our family. He is just too big. At least for now with this being our first baby
