The Federal Way Sylvan Learning Center is seeking part-time teachers/instructors. At Sylvan, we teach students (ages kindergarten through adults) skills  to increase confidence and independence, providing them with skills that will last a lifetime. Our centers offers instruction in reading, writing, math, algebra, geometry, study skills, advanced reading and SAT/ACT Prep. 
We are looking for enthusiastic, warm, caring, and flexible team members. To qualify, you must have a teaching certificate (current or expired) or a degree in mathematics. WE ARE ESPECIALLY SEEKING HIGHLY QUALIFIED MATH TEACHERS. Our competitive pay, comprehensive training program, and supportive work environment make Sylvan a great place to work.
Candidate must be able to work 2-4 afternoons/evenings per week, and possibly on Saturday mornings. Current teaching hours: M/W 4-8pm, T/Th 3-7pm and Saturdays 9-12.
