ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Abides by TMC’s Standards of Conduct, federal, state, and local regulations and TMC’s Policies and Procedures. Adheres to TMC’s Confidentiality Policy and Management Systems. Participates in the recruitment of children including children with disabilities. Generates in-kind for the center. Reports any known and/or suspected child abuse and neglect to the proper authorities.
