-Provide administrative and accounting support to project faculty
-Expenditure tracking and management
-External reporting and assistance in budget preparation
-Interpretation and compliance of sponsor and University guidelines
-Organize Grant meetings including: set up, travel, and itineraries
-General administrative duties
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
SAP/CAS/NIH/budget forms and procedures/projects accounting/Microsoft Excel and Word/ability to learn and follow established procedures as instructed
Preferred Education / Experience
Associate's Degree and 2 years administrative experience. Preferred experience in Grant Business Procedures and SAP
