Perfect Inexpensive Getaway on the water. For the last 2+ years, this has been our (my wife and I) Water retreat. Family illness forces sale. Boat is in EXCELLENT condition, with new Motor, upholstery and drapes. A very nice family boat. $700 credit to upholster command bridge seat (usable but cracking)
Surveyed in May 2005 and Valued at that time at $25,500.00 (with the new engine) I have put about 40 hours on it. Lots of Accessories included.
28 foot Bayliner Sedan Command Bridge(see pics) (New OMC 460 Motor May 2005 Less than 40 Hours. 10' Beam, 3'3" Draft, Fully Self contained, Sleeps 4+ Adults 2+ kids. Has V-berth forward, L shaped dinette converts to double, Starboard Settee sleeps 1, and Mid Cabin double berth under dinette sleeps 2 adults or lots of kids. Enclosed, Stand Up Head w/Holding tank and macerator pump, vanity, mirror, molded sink and shower. One hanging locker. Upper and lower Helms (Fly Bridge). Radar arch. (no radar). AM FM/CD Stereo with switched Weatherproof Speaker selection, for inside outside or both. Full galley, Combination Electric/Alcohol Stove, Stainless Marine BBQ (attaches to Stern). Microwave, AC/DC Refrigerator, Stainles Sink, Pressure Hot and Cold Water System (Hot water tank) 2 VHF Radios, 1 Fish Finder (wired for 2), Dockside Power cord built in charger and inverter, (3 batteries). Portable 100w Inverter, Power winch with 100' of rope, Danforth Anchor, dock lines, Large Fenders, Life Jackets, Swim Platform, Port and Starboard electric wipers, 2 electric bilge pumps one automatic, blower, dual trumpet horns, Navigation lights, Power assisted Rack and Pinion steering, cockpit courtesy lights, Teak Rails, Teak accents, trim tabs, life ring, Pittsburg tool set, windshield cover, Delta canvas encloses top deck completely, New upholstery, New curtains (upholstery and curtains updated after pictures were taken). Hauled out in May 2005 when I purchased it. New Motor installed (by Valejo boat works. Surveyed (available). in May of 2005, bottom Painted and all zincs replaced, Motor and Prop were Trued when new engine installed.
MY BOAT is currently berthed in Big Break Marina (Oakley), and I will include 1 month FREE Berthing with the sale of my boat. I currently pay $150 per month (thats cheap for a 28 foot boat) and I believe the owner of the Marina will continue with a new owner with proof of insurance. There is NO TRAILER with this boat.
