Tracks, monitors, and pays a variety of items related to the loan such as PMI, flood insurance, homeowner's insurance, real estate taxes, etc. Supports lending area by managing and ensuring effective loan service functions. 1. Prepares payoff letters, releases and repaids for mortgage loans. 2. Pays PMI, homeowner's insurance, flood insurance, real estate taxes and credit life and disability premiums from escrow accounts. 3.
