Supports Business Banking Relationship Managers in the management of customer relationships by processing transactions, resolving account/customer issues, and providing administrative support. Provides excellent customer service through phone, email, or in person to business banking clients. Utilizes knowledge of business banking and retail banking products and services in an effort to transition from transaction based to relationship based support.
