Examining Public Records and preparing Title Insurance products, as part of a Title Production team. Duties: · Research electronic plant records, vendor abstracts, County, Tax and Bankruptcy records. · Examine the information found for preparation of accurate title commitments and title search products disclosing ownership, encumbrances, easements and building and use restrictions, along with appropriate transaction requirements.
