Location: Lebanon, Ohio

Brief Description:

This position will require a thorough review of closed loans that may contain errors made during the originating, processing, underwriting and close of mortgage loans. This individual must adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal and regulatory  requirements. This individual will follow, or in some cases establish, effective controls and processes to ensure risks are identified, monitored and controlled.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Knowledge of FHA/VA Freddie Mac and other investor guidelines and requirements.

A minimum of 5 years of underwriting and/or quality control loan experience.

Duties  include: mortgage loan review process, analyzing and summarizing review results.

Monitors changes with investors compliance requirements.

Prepares monitors and maintains all appropriate compliance reports and documentation.

Reports results of exams to Sr. Management.
