Do you have previous call center or collections experience? We are the place for you!! We are currently looking for energetic call center/collections associates with a strong emphasis on client service, for third-party payday loan collections. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls by negotiating payment of outstanding debt. Full time schedule includes 2 days from 9:00am until 6:00pm and 2 days from 11:00am until 8:00pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00am until 3pm Fridays. 

A high school diploma is required, but some higher education is ideal.

Qualifications include the following:

Having strong communication and listening skills, an ability to analyze situations and problem-solve, working as a team player, being goal-oriented, and possessing an aptitude for multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
