JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary role of the In-Store Branch Manager is to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the credit union and deliver outstanding service to credit union members. This professional will work collaboratively with credit union leaders to implement sales programs within the retail store, provide leadership and training to branch staff, set and evaluate performance measures, and ensure a high level of member service.
