This position is responsible for ensuring that appraisals: are complete and have cleared the quality control rules prior to delivery to clients; and were completed by approved appraisers with current license and E&O insurance on file. This includes: obtaining report revisions; queue management for outstanding files; requesting and filing current license and E&O from appraisers; and returning complete appraisal services to clients.
