SUMMARY This position will be responsible for the complete and successful implementation of the OnBoard Loan Software Product to a bank customer's system. This process includes providing implementation assistance, coordinating and delivering application training, performing problem resolution and following a project plan. Involves delivering configuration worksheets to the customer, providing guidance to the customer as they build their OnBoard parameters so the software will meet their operational needs.
